You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. jilib's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jilib does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jilib shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures beyond jilib's reasonable control.
You may close your jilib Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and provided no outstanding investigations are pending.
jilib reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. In cases of Account closure due to breach, jilib reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance.
jilib reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
